The Business Operations Analyst will work closely with internal customers within our Global Sales and Services as well as other members of the Operations team, to provide standard and ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
The successful candidate will help facilitate the companys Online Dashboards, Sales Management Dashboard, Channel Sales Management Dashboard and Services Dashboard.
This position involves coming up with novel insights suitable for internal and external consumption as well as providing consultative services to internal clients in the analysis and interpretation of the Akamai business data.
Roles & Responsibilities
Enhance, Update and Maintain the Online Dashboards
Interface with business users, gathering requirements and delivering complete reporting solutions
Interface and work with Business Analysts that support Global Operations and Planning team
Use OBIEE and Wave Analytics Cloud to develop interactive reports and dashboards
Create and produce reports from both Wave Analytics and Oracle Business Intelligence.
Work to streamline the sales reporting process.
