  • Responsibilities for overall centralized HR admin function, Ensuring appropriate communication at all staff levels.
  • Payroll management & Salary disbursement coordination.
  • Handling Employee issues & queries.
  • Releasing the offer letters, appointment letters and employment contracts.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.

Roles & Responsibilities

    • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
    • Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff.
    • Knowledge of Labour law shall be an added advantage.
    • Person should be willing to work in a startup.
    • Person should be skilled in recruitment, HR Process Development, Payroll and willing to take up Business Development activities.
