Job Description

  • Ability to assess the fitment into the company from the values and cultural aspect. 
  • Responsible for working closely with recruitment channels, sources, agencies and consultants to ensure quality of recruitment effort.
  • Providing feedback and working along the process. 
  • Interact with the hiring manager to understand the given positions and work with them on the Job Description. 

Roles & Responsibilities

    • Responsible for conducting the screening and interview to ratify the data on the candidates resume. 
    • Conduct the initial first level technical level interview. 
    • Work on the compensation and the negotiation of the final offer to the candidate. 
    • Engage with the candidate till the joining. 
    • Maintain and update the MIS and the recruitment trackers, tools on timely intervals.
