Job Description

  • Develop an integrated talent management strategy for the HR organization with a focus on leadership and executive roles. This will mean developing an end-to-end framework across succession planning, capability development, performance achievement and staffing to grow the careers of HR people.
  • Develop and deliver a hub strategy for HR to ensure that we are building a diverse organization, with a focus on the future and growth of our people.
  • Bring performance achievement to life for HR, demonstrating impact and change in a hyper-personalized way for our people.

Roles & Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain measures of success to demonstrate the strength of talent management. This role will work in close collaboration with the HR Business Partner Senior Manager to bring our priorities and programs to life. 
    • To contribute in implementation of the HR strategy for the organization and administration of the HR Policies/Processes.
    • Managing the vision and strategy of the business unit and partnering to ensure business success leveraging HR metrics.
