Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain measures of success to demonstrate the strength of talent management. This role will work in close collaboration with the HR Business Partner Senior Manager to bring our priorities and programs to life.
To contribute in implementation of the HR strategy for the organization and administration of the HR Policies/Processes.
Managing the vision and strategy of the business unit and partnering to ensure business success leveraging HR metrics.
