Job Description

  • Monitor antivirus server and do changes as required (Symantec Endpoint).
  • Remote support to user as and when required. 
  • Wireless router management.
  • Installations and troubleshooting VOIP phone issues.
  • Firewall management (cyberoam)LAN managementFollow-up with vendors ISP regarding issues.
  • Vendor management (IT Procurement) Preparing IT documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities

    • Create email ID forwarder etc using Web Admin CpanelSet up new system for new joineeOS (Windows XP-2003-7-Vista).
    • MS office (2003-07-10) related issues (configure-troubleshooting).
    • Create and monitor daily and weekly backups Configure Firewall as per needed.
    • Raised trouble ticketSystem shifting when needed.
