Technical Skills & Experience: 1.Responsible for handling full recruitment life Cycle 2.Work closely with Team Lead/Account Manager to anticipate requirements & identify potential resource pool 3.Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, salary negotiation, conducting interviews, reference checks etc. 4.Develop and maintain network through Vendor, LinkedIn etc. 5.Maintain complete Recruitment Database including inflow by augmenting relevant resumes on a periodic basis through various sources i.e. Headhunting, Direct references, manpower consultants, advertisements, internal references and Job Portals
