Job Description

  • Maintaining Relationship with Health Agents
  • Meet Potential Agents on regular basis along with TLs, Team members.
  • Train & Motivate TLs, Team Members & Health Agents to qualify Contests and thus bring in incremental business
  • Coordinating with other internal departments such as Operations, U/W, Claims
  • Responsible for the Topline & Bottom line for the Zone Locations
  • Responsible for Recruitment targets for the Zone Locations

Roles & Responsibilities

    • Handling a team of 4 to 5 Branch Development Managers (TLs)
    • Managing the Branch Development Managers (TLs), Developers & Health Agents and Tracking performance
    • Train & Motivate TLs, Team members & agents and ensuring their productivity
    • Helping Team to Identify and Recruiting Potential Health Agents
    • Helping Team to Generate Retail Health Products like Health, P.A. & Travel Agents in assigned territory
    • Drive them to generate business & follow up is critical requirement
