Job Description

The Government of Chenni, Indian Maritime University Recruitment 2016-2017 issued a notification for the recruitment of 09 Deputy Registrar vacancies

Educational qualification for Indian Maritime University Recruitment 2016-2017 must be a Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC prescribed seven point scale.   As Deputy Registrar or Deputy Controller of Examinations or equivalent in any Central or State University/ IIT/ NIT/ IIM/ Research Establishment (or) as an Assistant Registrar with at least 7 years’ administrative experience in the institutions specified above. Age limit more than 55yrs (Relaxable up to 2 years by the Vice Chancellor in deserving cases.)

Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree

Selection Procedure: Personal Interview

Pay Scale: - Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.7600. After completing 5 years of satisfactory service in this Pay Band, Rs.37400-67000 with Grade Pay of Rs. 8700in

    The Deputy Registrar (Regulatory Conduct & Compliance) will be a senior member of the University College’s Registry, supporting the Dean of Academic Affairs in ensuring the proper and proactive functioning of the Registry as a whole.
