Detailed position profiling for new requirement after having brief & inputs from Team Lead and /or Functional Head.
Source, screen, 1st level evaluation and profiling of potential candidatures.
Coordinate with functional / technical team for final assessment of candidature for final selection of the new incumbent.
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, manage and coordinate for induction and training of new incumbents.
Keep track of developments during the training / probation period and ensure fulfillment of confirmation related formalities after successful completion of the same.
Preparation of employee dossier and meaningful HRMIS.
Assist & coordinate implementation of HR Policies & System.
