The Government of West Bengal, the University of Calcutta has issued a notification for the recruitment of 1 Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Posts vacancies. The candidates who have passed required qualification for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) posting, are eligible to apply for University of Calcutta Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Posts Recruitment 2016-17.

Educational qualification for the University of Calcutta recruitment 2017 must have completed in Minimum 55% or equivalent in M. Sc Physics. CSIR/UGC NET is desirable.     • Research work related to project
    • Produce high quality reports, academic papers and journal articles of a publishable standard based on the
    • analysis of data and literature with a clear and engaging writing style.Work independently and autonomously on a number of research and policy projects simultaneously, as required.
    • Analyse quantitative data using robust methods, preferably using STATA, and interpret, describe and publish findings.
    • Comprehensively review and analyse academic and grey literature based on methodical and replicable search strategies
