Roles & Responsibilities

    • Technical support for end- to- end stack of SAP- Netweaver, OS & Database - in both production and pre-production environment 
    • Responsible for the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of SAP systems. 
    • Configure, monitor, tune, and troubleshoot the SAP technical environment on an ongoing basis as well as scheduling and executing the SAP transport systems. 
    • Perform and participate in problem management - RCA in collaboration with other teams (network, storage, compute) distributed worldwide 
    • Automate the deployment, configuration, updates, preventive/corrective maintenance tasks, MIS reporting, etc. 
    • Collaborate with global teams, hosted system provider(s) and 3rd party vendors to resolve SAP transport and source code problems.
